There are times in history where fundamental principles, law, and Human Rights are tested, not by the complexity of the statues, but by the courage of those who practice it. I believe my story is not to prove I'm innocent, but what's truly on trial here is the principles of justice itself.
My case prime example of abuse of power, propaganda and public opinion overide laws and principles, when irrationality becomes institutionalized, motivated prosecution, cyber-intrusion, weaponized legislation, and a concerted campaign of international character assassination. Where spyware is legalized and granted hundred thousands of people access to my family's privacy for 24/7 cyber-stalking and coordinated harrassment.
The actors's survival depends on securing their propaganda and suppression. In order to maintain control and ensure the strategic lawsuit as silencing tool, they have stripped my access to legal counsel and information isolated through a system of isolation, coordinated surveillance and brutal repression. The massive amounts of resources are spent attempting to block any helpful resources through smearing and reputational destroy, It is a hallmark of sophisticated non-state actor level operations supported by the mass.
In the age of digital, where personal data and reputation is personal assess. The incredibly complex risk to Human Rights abuse especially Right To Privacy has still received low awareness and protection in some countries especially Vietnam. Without any movement to condemn those responsible for cyber-crime acts and implement adequate privacy rights due diligence processes, violation and injustice will happen to not only one person, but to us all.
HUMAN RIGHTS IN VIETNAM
At the moment writing, most of my last secure options is lawyers and NGO were pre-contacted by the actors to not response to my case.
My story is not only a global-scale coordinated blacklisting began with vigilantism, but more dark and dramatic on "coordination" element. It's not a secret conspiracy but a systemic one. Political nepo-baby, bureaucracy, political-mind players, cooporate leaders, business owners, influencers. Each for their own reason (prevent counter-sue, collective revenge, score public point, underlying benefits) all participated in the same chess game, amplifying the same destructive narrative directed at a single individual. Back-up for each other and helps the campaign last for a year while keeping me under monitor. There was a clear, if unspoken, consensus that I became an acceptable pawn for unlimited public scorn.
The ultimate consequences: SLAPP lawsuit, Selective and Discriminatory Prosecution with pre-discussed outcome. While millions citizen face simple fines, I'm subjected to a sentence that lasts until the statute of limitations for counter-sue expired.
